BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT)

‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at https://www.bwrt.org

BWRT- BrainWorking Recursive Therapy

IN A NUTSHELL

Brain Work Recursive Therapy BWRT is an amazing psychotherapy modality that can help to change and redirect unwanted psychological responses by accessing the cognitive gap in the brain, and a client is able to create a preferable response that a client has chosen by re-routing from a old neural pathway to a  new neural pathway for a preferred outcome in a positive way.

HOW MANY SESSIONS?

BWRT is a preferable therapy being that it often works exceptionally fast for the client and generally a client may only need between 1 to 4 sessions depending on the circumstances and the client. It's non intrusive, drug and pain free, and totally confidential if the client wants to keep it private.

DID YOU KNOW!

BWRT is a different type of therapy. BWRT is so dynamic and creates such a permanent change than any other therapy.
